La Màquina

Theatre, Dance and a Universe of Emotions

We view theatre and dance as inclusive, not exclusive art forms.

La Màquina is a training and creative arts centre with two venues in València (Spain). We offer workshops for people of all ages, with a focus on inclusion. Our mission is to nurture new generations of theatre and dance enthusiasts.

Our artistic education focuses on each individual’s unique qualities and their distinctive way of expressing them. This helps strengthen student development, build self-esteem and boost confidence.

A theatre venue, a theatre company, a dance and theatre school.

We have our own theatre because the best way to learn is by performing for an audience, and we are a company because we can’t imagine life without telling stories on stage.
As a theatre venue and company, we focus on contemporary dramaturgy. We are passionate about examining the present moment and fostering dialogue, viewing theatre as a medium for reflection and poetry.
